حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجَ
النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ تَلِي بَنَاتِ أَخِيهَا يَتَامَى فِي حَجْرِهَا لَهُنَّ الْحَلْىُ فَلَا تُخْرِجُ مِنْ حُلِيِّهِنَّ الزَّكَاةَ
“The position which we are agreed upon, and which I have heard the people of knowledge mentioning, is that rikaz refers to treasure which has been found which was buried during the jahiliyya, as long as neither capital is required, nor expense, great labour or inconvenience incurred in recovering it. If capital is required or great labour is incurred, or on one occasion the mark is hit and on another it is missed, then it is not rikaz.”
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abd ar-Rahman ibn al-Qasim from his father that Aishah, the wife of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to look after the orphaned daughters of her brother in her house. They had jewellery (which they wore) and she did not take zakat from this jewellery of theirs.
রেওয়ায়ত ১০. আবদুর রহমান ইবন কাসিম (রহঃ) তাহার পিতা হইতে বর্ণনা করেন, নবী করীম সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর পত্নী আয়েশা (রাঃ) তাহার ভ্রাতা মুহাম্মদ ইবন আবু বকর (রাঃ)-এর ইয়াতীম ছেলে-মেয়েদের লালন-পালন করিতেন। ইহাদের অনেকেরই অলংকার ছিল। কিন্তু আয়েশা (রাঃ) এইগুলির যাকাত আদায় করিতেন না।
قاسم بن محمد سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت ام المومنین عائشہ پرورش کرتی تھیں اپنے بھائی محمد بن ابی بکر کی یتیم بیٹیوں کی اور ان کے پاس زیور تھا تو نہیں نکالتی تھیں اس میں سے زکوة ۔
Telah menceritakan kepadaku Yahya dari Malik dari [Abdurrahman bin Al Qasim] dari [Bapaknya] bahwa [Aisyah] isteri Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengasuh anak-anak perempuan saudara laki-lakinya yang sudah yatim, dan mereka mempunyai perhiasan. Namun Aisyah dia tidak mengeluarkan zakat dari perhiasan mereka
Abdurrahman b. Kasım babasından naklediyor: Resulullah Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem'in hanımı Aişe r.anha, kardeşinin yetim kızlarına evinde bakardı. Kızların süs için mücevherleri vardı, Aişe r.anha bunların zekatını vermezdi
