وَعَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ;

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْجُمُعَةُ حَقٌّ وَاجِبٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ إِلَّا أَرْبَعَةً: مَمْلُوكٌ، وَاِمْرَأَةٌ، وَصَبِيٌّ، وَمَرِيضٌ»

صحيح. رواه أبو داود (1067) والحديث وإن أعل بمثل قول أبي داود، فقد أجيب بمثل قول النووي: «وهذا غير قادح في صحته، فإنه يكون مرسل صحابي، وهو حجة، والحديث على شرط الشيخين». قلت: وغير ذلك فللحديث شواهد كثيرة، وهي مخرجة في «الأصل».2 صحيح. رواه أبو داود (1067) والحديث وإن أعل بمثل قول أبي داود، فقد أجيب بمثل قول النووي: «وهذا غير قادح في صحته، فإنه يكون مرسل صحابي، وهو حجة، والحديث على شرط الشيخين». قلت: وغير ذلك فللحديث شواهد كثيرة، وهي مخرجة في «الأصل»
