وَعَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ رضى الله عنه
«أَنَّهُ رَأَى اَلنَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي، فَإِذَا كَانَ فِي وِتْرٍ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ لَمْ يَنْهَضْ حَتَّى يَسْتَوِيَ قَاعِدًا» رَوَاهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ. 11 صحيح
He saw the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) praying and when he had prayed an odd number of Raka, he did not stand up till he had sat up properly.
