عن وحشى بن حرب رضى الله عنه
أن أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قالوا: يا رسول الله، إنا نأكل ولا نشبع قال: «فلعلكم تفترقون«قالوا: نعم. قال: فاجتمعوا على طعامكم، واذكروا اسم الله، يبارك لكم فيه»
Some of the Companions of Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “We eat but are not satisfied.” He (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said, “Perhaps you eat separately.” The Companions replied in affirmative. He then said: “Eat together and mention the Name of Allah over your food. It will be blessed for you.”.
