وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ
قَالَ أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِرَجُلٍ قَتَلَ رَجُلاً فَأَقَادَ وَلِيَّ الْمَقْتُولِ مِنْهُ فَانْطَلَقَ بِهِ وَفِي عُنُقِهِ نِسْعَةٌ يَجُرُّهَا فَلَمَّا أَدْبَرَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْقَاتِلُ وَالْمَقْتُولُ فِي النَّارِ».
فَأَتَى رَجُلٌ الرَّجُلَ فَقَالَ لَهُ مَقَالَةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَخَلَّى عَنْهُ قَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِحَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ فَقَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَشْوَعَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِنَّمَا سَأَلَهُ أَنْ يَعْفُوَ عَنْهُ فَأَبَى
A person was brought to the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) who had killed another person, and the heir of the person slain had dragged him (to the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam)) with a strap around his neck. As he turned away the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: The killer and the killed are (doomed) to fire.
A person came to the other person (the heir of the deceased) and he reported to him the words of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), and so he let him off.
Ismail ibn Salim said: I made a mention of it to Habib ibn Abu Thabit and he said: Ibn Ashwa reported to me that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) had asked him to pardon him, but he refused.
মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু আব্বাদ (রহঃ) ..... হাফসাহ (রাযিঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ফজরের আলো প্রকাশিত হওয়ার পর দু' রাকাআত সালাত আদায় করতেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৫৫০, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
سالم نے اپنے والد ( عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ ) سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : حضرت حفصہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے مجھے خبر دی کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے جب فجر روشن ہوجاتی تو آپ دو رکعتیں نماز پڑھتے تھے ۔
Bize, Muhammed b. Abbâd rivayet etti. (Dediki): Bize. Süfyân, Amr'dan, o da Zührî'den. o da Salim'den o da babasından naklen rivayet etti. (Demişki): Bana, Hafsa, Nebi (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)'in : fecir aydınlandığı zaman iki rek'ât namaz kıldığını haber verdi. İzah 725 de
