حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَحْتَجِمُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ (قَالَ) ثُمَّ تَرَكَ ذَلِكَ بَعْدُ فَكَانَ إِذَا صَامَ لَمْ يَحْتَجِمْ حَتَّى يُفْطِرَ
“I have heard people of knowledge saying that the kaffara specified by the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), may Allah bless him and grant him peace, for a man who has intercourse with his wife during the day in Ramadan is not due from someone who, on a day when he is making up the fast of Ramadan, breaks his fast by having intercourse with his wife, or whatever.
He only has to make up for that day.” Malik said, “This is what I like most out of what I have heard about the matter.” Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar used to be cupped while he was fasting.
Nafi said, “He later stopped doing that, and would not be cupped when he was fasting until he had broken the fast.”
রেওয়ায়ত ৩০. নাফি' (রহঃ) বলেনঃ আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ) সিঙ্গি লাগাইতেন অথচ তিনি রোযাদার। তিনি বলেনঃ অতঃপর তিনি উহা ছাড়িয়া দেন। তৎপর তিনি যখন রোযা রাখিতেন, ইফতার না করা পর্যন্ত সিঙ্গি লাগাইতেন না।
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ وہ پچھنے لگاتے تھے روزے میں پھر اس کو چھوڑ دیا پھر جب روزہ دار ہوتے پچھنے نہ لگواتے یہاں تک کہ روزہ افطار کر تے ۔
Telah menceritakan kepadaku Yahya dari Malik dari [Nafi'] dari [Abdullah bin Umar] Bahwasanya dia berbekam padahal dia sedang berpuasa." Nafi' berkata, "Dia meninggalkannya setelah itu. Jika dia berpuasa, tidak berbekam hingga dia berbuka
