عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَلرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضى الله عنه
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ»
We heard the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) say: “If a creditor finds his very property with a debtor who becomes bankrupt, he is more entitled to it than anyone else.”.
