The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “Gold and silk are lawful for the females among my followers, but prohibited to the males”.
وَعَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى رضى الله عنه
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أُحِلَّ اَلذَّهَبُ وَالْحَرِيرُ لِإِنَاثِ أُمَّتِي، وَحُرِّمَ عَلَى ذُكُورِهِمْ»
