وَعَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ رضى الله عنه
قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُوتِرُ بِـ «سَبِّحِ اِسْمَ رَبِّكَ اَلْأَعْلَى«, و: «قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا اَلْكَافِرُونَ«, و: «قُلْ هُوَ اَللَّهُ أَحَدٌ»
The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) recited in Witr prayer Surat al-Ala (in the first Rakat), Surat al-Kafirun (in the second Rakat) and Surat al-Ikhlas (in the third Rakat). The latter added, “And he did not say the Taslim (salutation) except in the last (Rakat) of them.”
