The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said to me, “Dear child, mention Allah’s Name, eat with your right hand, and eat from what is next to you.”.
وَعَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ رضى الله عنه
قَالَ: قَالَ اَلنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«يَا غُلَامُ! سَمِّ اَللَّهَ، وَكُلْ بِيَمِينِكَ، وَكُلْ مِمَّا يَلِيكَ»

صحيح. رواه البخاري (5376)، ومسلم (2022)، عن عمر بن أبي سلمة قال: «كنت غلاما في حجر النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، وكانت يدي تطيش في الصحفة، فقال لي رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم): فذكره. وزاد البخاري: «فما زالت تلك طعمتي بعد»
