The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “A man guilty of fornication, who has been flogged (for it), should not marry any but a woman like him (similarly guilty).”.
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضى الله عنه
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«لَا يَنْكِحُ اَلزَّانِي اَلْمَجْلُودُ إِلَّا مِثْلَهُ»
