وَعَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا
أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَرِثُ اَلْمُسْلِمُ اَلْكَافِرَ، وَلَا يَرِثُ اَلْكَافِرُ اَلْمُسْلِمَ» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 11 صحيح. رواه البخاري (6764)، ومسلم (1614)
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “A Muslim does not inherit from an infidel and an infidel does not inherit from a Muslim.”.
