The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “If anyone puts a wall around a (barren) land, it belongs to him.”.
وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ رضى الله عنه
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ»

حديث صحيح. بما له من شواهد كما تقد م رقم (897 و 898)، وإن رواه أبو داود (3077)، وابن الجارود (1015) بسند ضعيف
