وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ;

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَجُوزُ لِاِمْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا»

The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “It is not permissible to give a gift without her husband’s permission.”
