The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “Visit the sick. Follow funeral processions. Remind yourselves of the Next World.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عِيسَى الأُسْوَارِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: عُودُوا الْمَرِيضَ، وَاتَّبَعُوا الْجَنَائِزَ، تُذَكِّرُكُمُ الآخِرَةَ
