أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، وَعَبْدِ، رَبِّهِ وَرُزَيْقٍ صَاحِبِ أَيْلَةَ أَنَّهُمْ سَمِعُوا عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

قَالَتِ الْقَطْعُ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا

Aishah said: “Cutting off (the hand of the thief) is for one-quarter of a Dinar or more.”

কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... আয়েশা (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, দীনারের চতুর্থাংশ বা তদূর্ধ্বের জন্য চোরের হাত কাটা যাবে।
