حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي شَبَابَةُ، حَدَّثَنِي وَرْقَاءُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «بَيْنَمَا امْرَأَتَانِ مَعَهُمَا ابْنَاهُمَا جَاءَ الذِّئْبُ فَذَهَبَ بِابْنِ إِحْدَاهُمَا.
فَقَالَتْ هَذِهِ لِصَاحِبَتِهَا إِنَّمَا ذَهَبَ بِابْنِكِ أَنْتِ. وَقَالَتِ الأُخْرَى إِنَّمَا ذَهَبَ بِابْنِكِ. فَتَحَاكَمَتَا إِلَى دَاوُدَ فَقَضَى بِهِ لِلْكُبْرَى فَخَرَجَتَا عَلَى سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ فَأَخْبَرَتَاهُ فَقَالَ ائْتُونِي بِالسِّكِّينِ أَشُقُّهُ بَيْنَكُمَا.
فَقَالَتِ الصُّغْرَى لَا يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ هُوَ ابْنُهَا. فَقَضَى بِهِ لِلصُّغْرَى». قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ وَاللَّهِ إِنْ سَمِعْتُ بِالسِّكِّينِ قَطُّ إِلاَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ مَا كُنَّا نَقُولُ إِلاَّ الْمُدْيَةَ
The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: While two women had been going along witn their two sons, a wolf came and made away with the child of one of them.
One of them said to her companion: It is with your child that it (the wolf) has run away The other one said: It has run away with your child. They brought the matter to (Hadrat) Dawud (David) for decision and he made a decision in favour of the elder one. They then went to Sulaiman ibn Dawud (may there be peace upon both of them) and told them (the story).
He said: Bring me a knife so that I may cut him (the child) (into two parts) for you. The younger one said: No, it can’t be, may Allah have mercy upon you, he (the child) belongs to her (the elder). So he gave a decision in favour of the younger one.
abu Huraira said: If ever I heard of the word as-sikin at all, it was that day. We called it by no other name but al-Mudya.
আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ শায়বাহ, আবূ কুরায়ব ও ইবনু নুমায়র (রহঃ) ..... আয়িশাহ (রাযিঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম রাতের বেলা তের রাকাআত সালাত আদায় করতেন। এর মধ্যে পাঁচ রাক’আত আদায় করতেন বিতর এবং এতে একেবারে শেষে ছাড়া কোন বৈঠক করতেন না। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৫৯০, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
عبداللہ بن نمیر نے ہمیں حدیث بیان کی اور کہا : ہمیں اپنے ہشام نے اپنے والد ( عروہ ) سے حدیث سنائی اور انھوں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم رات کو تیرہ رکعتیں پڑھتے تھے ، ان میں سے پانچ رکعتوں کے ذریعے وتر ( ادا ) کرتے تھے ، ان میں آخری رکعت کے علاوہ کسی میں بھی تشہد کے لئے نہ بیٹھتے تھے ۔ ( بعض راتوں میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا یہ معمول ہوتا)
Dan telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah] dan [Abu Kuraib] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Numair], (dan diriwayatkan dari jalur lain) telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Numair] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ayahku] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam] dari [Ayahnya] dari ['Aisyah] dia berkata; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam biasa shalat malam tiga belas rakaat, dengan lima rakaat witir, beliau tidak pernah melakukan sambil duduk selain di akhir (hayatnya)."
Dan telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah], telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Abdah bin Sulaiman], (dan diriwayatkan dari jalur lain) telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Kuraib] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] dan [Abu Usamah], semuanya dari [Hisyam] dengan sanad hadits ini
Bize, Ebû Bekir b. Ebî Şeybe ile Ebû Kureyb rivayet ettiler. Dedilerki: Bize, Abdullah b. Nümeyr rivayet etti, H. Bize İbni Nümeyr de rivayet etti. (Dediki): Bize, babam rivayet etti. (Dediki): Bize, Hişâm, babasından, o da Âişe'den naklen rivayet etti. Şöyle demiş: «Resûlullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem), geceleyin onüç rek'ât namaz kılar; bunların beşi İle vitir yapar; sonlarından başka hiç bir yerde oturmazdı.»
