وَحَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، قَاصُّ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَدِيِّ بْنِ الْخِيَارِ النَّوْفَلِيُّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ

اللَّهِ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ

ইবনু আবূ উমার, ইবনু খিরাশ ... হাম্মাম (রহঃ) থেকে একই সানাদে উপরে বর্ণিত হাদীসটি বর্ণনা করেছেন। তবে ইবনু খিরাশ ও বিশর ইবনুস সারী আবূ বকরকে আবূ মূসার সাথে সম্পর্কিত করে আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ মূসা বলে উল্লেখ করেছেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৩১২, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)

بشر بن سریّ اور عمر و بن عاصم دونوں نے کہا : ہم سے ہمام نے اسی سند کے ساتھ حدیث بیان کی اور انھوں نے ابوبکر کا نسب بیان کیا اور کہا : ابن ابی موسیٰ

Dan telah menceritakan kepada kami [Haddab bin Khalid Al Azadi] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammam bin Yahya] telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abu Jamrah Adl Dluba'i] dari [Abu Bakr] dari [Ayahnya], bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Barangsiapa shalat pada kedua waktu dingin (ashar dan subuh), maka ia akan masuk surga."

Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Abu Umar] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Bisyr bin As Sari] katanya (dan diriwayatkan dari jalur lain) telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Khirasy] telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Amru bin 'Ashim], keduanya mendengar [Hammam] dengan isnad saeperti ini, beliau menisbatkan kepada Abu Bakr, keduanya mengatakan; maksudnya Abu Bakr bin Abu Musa

What it means

This Hadīth has two narrations, and it is clear from the context that they were two occasions. The first narration tells about a man who came to the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and told him that his mother passed away without fasting one month that was due on her, so should he fast it on her behalf? The second narration is about a woman who came to the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and told him that her mother passed away without fasting a month that she vowed to fast, so should she fast on her behalf? In both cases, the Prophet told them that they should fast on behalf of their parents.

The Prophet made an analogy to make the judgment clear by asking if their parents were indebted to a human being, would they pay their debts? They answered in the affirmative. The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) told them that this fasting is a debt their parents owe to Allah. Since the debt to humans can be settled, the debt owed to Allah deserves more to be settled.
