وَعَن عَائِشَة

قَالَت: أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِبِنَاءِ الْمَسْجِدِ فِي الدُّورِ وَأَنْ يُنَظَّفَ وَيَطَيَّبَ

Aishah said that God’s Messenger ordered that a mosque be built in a residential district and that it be cleaned and perfumed.
