Abu Qatadah reported God’s Messenger as saying, “When one of you enters the mosque he should pray two rakas before sitting down.”
وَعَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا دَخَلَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَلْيَرْكَعْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يجلس»
