Abu Musa al-Ashari reported God’s messenger as saying, “He who plays backgammon has disobeyed God and His messenger.”
وَعَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ لَعِبَ بِالنَّرْدِ فَقَدْ عَصَى اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ»
