وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ
رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ بَدَوِيٍّ عَلَى صَاحِبِ قَرْيَةٍ»
The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said:, “The testimony of a nomadic Arab against a townsman is not allowable.”
