وَعَن أبي هريرةَ
أنَّ رجُلينِ اختَصما فِي دَابَّة وَلَيْسَ لَهما بَيِّنَةٌ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «استهِما على اليَمينِ»
Abu Hurayrah told that two men disputed about an animal but could produce no proof, so the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said, “Cast lots about the oath.”
