وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنِ

النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْأَمِيرَ إِذَا ابْتَغَى الرِّيبَةَ فِي النَّاسِ أَفْسَدَهُمْ»

The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said:, “When a ruler seeks to make imputations against the people he corrupts them.”
