وَعَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنِ
النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى الشِّرْكِ فقد حلَّ دَمه»
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said:, “When a slave runs away and reverts to polytheism he may lawfully be killed.”
