Al-Hasan, on Samurah’s authority, reported God’s Messenger as saying, “If anyone gets possession of a relative who is within the prohibited degrees, that person becomes free.”
عَن الْحسن عَن سَمُرَة عَنْ
رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «من ملك ذَا رحم محرم فَهُوَ حُرٌّ»
