وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْبَغَايَا اللَّاتِي يُنْكِحْنَ أَنْفُسَهُنَّ بِغَيْرِ بَيِّنَةٍ». وَالْأَصَحُّ أَنَّهُ مَوْقُوفٌ عَلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاس
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said:, ‘Adulteresses are those women who marry themselves without evidence.’ The soundest view is that it does not go back farther than Ibn Abbas
