The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said:, “Seek refuge in God from covetousness which leads to disgrace.” Ahmad and Baihaqi, in ad-Daawat al-kabir, transmitted it.
وَعَنْ مُعَاذٍ عَنِ
النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أستعيذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ طَمَعٍ يَهْدِي إِلَى طَبَعٍ)
