وَعَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِن الله يَرْفَعُ بِهَذَا الْكِتَابِ أَقْوَامًا وَيَضَعُ بِهِ آخَرِينَ»
Umar b. al Khattab reported God’s messenger as saying, “By this Book God exalts some peoples and lowers others.” Muslim transmitted it.
