حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ

قَالَ: «مِيرَاثُهُ لِأُمِّهِ تَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ عَصَبَةُ أُمِّهِ»، وَقَالَ قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ: لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ، وَبَقِيَّةُ الْمَالِ لِعَصَبَةِ أُمِّهِ
