وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا
قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«خَمْسٌ مِنَ اَلدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ، يُقْتَلْنَ فِي اَلْحَرَمِ: اَلْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ اَلْعَقُورُ»
“Five kinds of animals are vicious and harmful, and they may be killed outside or inside the sacred area of Ihram (Sanctuary). These are: the scorpion, the kite, the crow, the mouse, and the rabid dog.” Agreed upon.
