وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا
«أَنَّ أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَّتَ لِأَهْلِ اَلْعِرَاقِ ذَاتَ عِرْقٍ»
Aishah (RAA) narrated ‘The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) specified for those coming from Iraq, Dhat ‘Irq (a place 94 km to the north-east of Makkah) as their Miqat.’ Related by Abu Dawud and An-Nasai’.
صحيح. رواه أبو داود (1739)، والنسائي (5 / 125)، واللفظ لأبي داود، وأما لفظ النسائي فهو: «وقت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لأهل المدينة ذا الحليفة، ولأهل الشام ومصر: الجحفة، ولأهل العراق: ذات عرق، ولأهل نجد: قرنا، ولأهل اليمن: يلملم». قلت: والحديث وإن أعل إلا أن له شواهد يصح بها كالحديث التالي
