وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«مَنْ ذَرَعَهُ اَلْقَيْءُ فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ، وَمَنْ اسْتَقَاءَ فَعَلَيْهِ اَلْقَضَاءُ»

صحيح. رواه أبو داود (2380)، والنسائي في «الكبرى» (2 / 215)، والترمذي (720)، وابن ماجه (1676)، وأحمد (2 / 498). 2 قال البيهقي في «السنن الكبرى» (4 / 219): «قال أبو داود: سمعت أحمد بن حنبل يقول: ليس من ذا شيء». فقال الخطابي: «قلت: يريد أن الحديث غير محفوظ». قلت: وأعله أيضا غير الإمام أحمد وما ذلك إلا لظنهم تفرد أحد رواته وليس كذلك كما هو مبين بالأصل. 3 إذا قال في «السنن» (2 / 184): «رواته كلهم ثقات»
