The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “If anyone swears a false oath on this Minbar of mine, he will have prepared his seat in the Hell-Fire.”.
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ رضى الله عنه
أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِنْبَرِي هَذَا بِيَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ، تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنْ اَلنَّارِ»
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “If anyone swears a false oath on this Minbar of mine, he will have prepared his seat in the Hell-Fire.”.
صحيح. رواه أحمد (3 / 344)، وأبو داود (3246)، والنسائي في «الكبرى» (3 / 491)، وابن حبان (1192) من طريق هاشم بن هاشم، عن عبد الله بن نسطاس، عن جابر، به. واللفظ للنسائي، وابن حبان، وزاد أبو داود: «ولو على سواك أخضر«بعد قوله: «آثمة«وفي آخره على الشك: «أو وجبت له النار». قلت: وهذا إسناد فيه ضعف، فابن نسطاس، وإن وثقه النسائي، فقد قال الذهبي في «الميزان» (2 / 515): «لا يعرف. تفرد عنه هاشم بن هاشم». ولكن للحديث شاهد صحيح عن أبي هريرة»
