The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “A man must not be alone with a woman except in the presence of a Mahram.”.
وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا
عَنْ اَلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَخْلُوَنَّ رَجُلٌ بِاِمْرَأَةٍ، إِلَّا مَعَ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ»

صحيح. رواه البخاري (5233)، وهو لمسلم أيضا (1341) إلا أنه قال: «إلا ومعها ذو محرم»
