“Abdullah ibn Umar (radiyallahu anhu) said: ‘So he returned her to me and did not regarded it as anything, and said: When she is purified, either divorce her or keep her.’”
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى: قَالَ عَبْدُ اَللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ: «فَرَدَّهَا عَلَيَّ، وَلَمْ يَرَهَا شَيْئًا، وَقَالَ: «إِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَلْيُطَلِّقْ أَوْ لِيُمْسِكْ»
“Abdullah ibn Umar (radiyallahu anhu) said: ‘So he returned her to me and did not regarded it as anything, and said: When she is purified, either divorce her or keep her.’”
صحيح. وهي عند مسلم برقم (1471) (14). إلا أن قوله: «ولم يرها شيئا«ليست في «الصحيح «وإنما هي عند أبي داود (2185) من نفس الطريق، ولكن أعله أبو داود بأبي الزبير، وهو إعلال مردود؛ إذ أبو الزبير في نفسه «ثقة «ولا يخشى إلا من تدليسه، وهو منتف هنا»
