The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) asked a man who had intended to marry a woman, “Have you looked at her” He replied, “No.” He said, “Go and look at her.”
وَلِمُسْلِمٍ: عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضى الله عنه
«أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ اِمْرَأَةً: أَنَظَرْتَ إِلَيْهَا ? «قَالَ: لَا. قَالَ: «اِذْهَبْ فَانْظُرْ إِلَيْهَا»
