وَعَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ; رضى الله عنه
أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: فِي خُطْبَتِهِ يَوْمَ اَلنَّحْرِ بِمِنًى «إِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ، كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا»
In his Khutbah (religious talk – sermon) on the Day of Sacrifice at Mina, the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “Your blood and your property and your honor are forbidden for you to violate, like the sacredness of this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this city of yours.”.
