حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ أَبُو إِدَامٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى
يَقُولُ: «عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: إِنَّ الرَّحْمَةَ لَا تَنْزِلُ عَلَى قَوْمٍ فِيهِمْ قَاطِعُ رَحِمٍ»
Abdullah ibn ‘Awfa reported that the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, ‘Mercy does not descend on a people when there is someone among them who severs ties of kinship.’’
