حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ الْهَادِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَا تَتْرُكُوا النَّارَ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ، فَإِنَّهَا عَدُوٌّ»
Ibn Umar heard the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, “Do not leave a fire burning in your houses. It is an enemy.”
