Stop eating by Imsak, ten minutes before Sehri ends, to be safe. Ramadan and the marked days follow the Hijri date above; where the moon is sighted a day later, they move with it.
These times are worked out from the position of the sun for Charkh (33.7971, 68.9375, time zone Asia/Kabul), with the University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi method, the way most mosques in Afghanistan do. Your mosque may differ by a minute or two, as many round their times or add a few minutes for safety. Imsak is ten minutes before Fajr. The Hijri date follows the Umm al-Qura calendar; the month begins where the moon is sighted, so it can differ by a day.
