Surah Al-Mursalaat 77

سُورَةُ المُرۡسَلَاتِ“The Emissaries”50 Ayat

  1. 77:1By those [winds] sent forth in gusts
  2. 77:2And the winds that blow violently
  3. 77:3And [by] the winds that spread [clouds]
  4. 77:4And those [angels] who bring criterion
  5. 77:5And those [angels] who deliver a message
  6. 77:6As justification or warning,
  7. 77:7Indeed, what you are promised is to occur.
  8. 77:8So when the stars are obliterated
  9. 77:9And when the heaven is opened
  10. 77:10And when the mountains are blown away
  11. 77:11And when the messengers' time has come...
  12. 77:12For what Day was it postponed?
  13. 77:13For the Day of Judgement.
  14. 77:14And what can make you know what is the Day of Judgement?
  15. 77:15Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
  16. 77:16Did We not destroy the former peoples?
  17. 77:17Then We will follow them with the later ones.
  18. 77:18Thus do We deal with the criminals.
  19. 77:19Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
  20. 77:20Did We not create you from a liquid disdained?
  21. 77:21And We placed it in a firm lodging
  22. 77:22For a known extent.
  23. 77:23And We determined [it], and excellent [are We] to determine.
  24. 77:24Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
  25. 77:25Have We not made the earth a container
  26. 77:26Of the living and the dead?
  27. 77:27And We placed therein lofty, firmly set mountains and have given you to drink sweet water.
  28. 77:28Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
  29. 77:29[They will be told], "Proceed to that which you used to deny.
  30. 77:30Proceed to a shadow [of smoke] having three columns
  31. 77:31[But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame."
  32. 77:32Indeed, it throws sparks [as huge] as a fortress,
  33. 77:33As if they were yellowish [black] camels.
  34. 77:34Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
  35. 77:35This is a Day they will not speak,
  36. 77:36Nor will it be permitted for them to make an excuse.
  37. 77:37Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
  38. 77:38This is the Day of Judgement; We will have assembled you and the former peoples.
  39. 77:39So if you have a plan, then plan against Me.
  40. 77:40Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
  41. 77:41Indeed, the righteous will be among shades and springs
  42. 77:42And fruits from whatever they desire,
  43. 77:43[Being told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do."
  44. 77:44Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.
  45. 77:45Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
  46. 77:46[O disbelievers], eat and enjoy yourselves a little; indeed, you are criminals.
  47. 77:47Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
  48. 77:48And when it is said to them, "Bow [in prayer]," they do not bow.
  49. 77:49Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
  50. 77:50Then in what statement after the Qur'an will they believe?
