سُورَةُ ٱلْفَاتِحَةِ“The Opening”

Qur'an 1:2

ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ

Alhamdu lillaahi Rabbil 'aalameen

Translation

[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds -

Tafsir of this Ayah Ibn Kathir

All praise and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of existence (2)

Allah says, 'My servant has praised Me.' When the servant says,
